We offer 1 year warranty for our products.

NOTE:
When LCD screen is bigger, do not force it into the gap of phone frame to avoid broken LCD.
a.  Please test the LCD before replacing.
b. Turn off the phone before replacing LCD to avoid short circuit that lead to CPU damage.
c.  If LCD with problems, please wrap up with membrane and keep in foam bag to avoid appearance damage and rejection for replacement.

1).We have a huge team which is in charge of after-sales service, also a service hotline dealing with buyers’ complains and feedback.
2). If have any problem from you, please e-mail us immediately. We strive to answer all emails as quickly as possible, but due to high email volume it may take time for us to reply. Thanks in advance for your patience.
3).We offer buyers the market information updated regularly.

It is extremely rare to receive a damaged part because we quality test all of our parts before shipping them out.
However if you believe a part you ordered was damaged before you tried to install it, keep it in its’ original box and wrapping and contact us so that we
may assist you.

Please test the goods ASAP once you get the package, if you find the defectives, please keep and send it back to us, We will check the refund in 2 days, after confirmation we will send you good new one with your next order.

Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange.
1. All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged.
2. All item(s) being returned without the “IKEMI” stamp will be denied.

NOTICE:
We don’t take responsibility for there situations as follows:

1. Un-professional installation damage is out of our responsibility.
2. If the goods had been used and there scratches on the surface, then no warranty. (Please be care of the flex, the broken flex may cause LCD or touch not working.)
3. Connector broken, parts lost, LCD or touch screen broken or liquid leakage, no warranty.
4. Please be clear of our company’s label (stamp), if the defective goods don’t come with label then no warranty.
5. Man-made damage is out of our responsibility.

To make your business get more positive feedback, we assure all customers that each product will be tested carefully. As we stated, quality is our first consideration. We control quality very strictly, Each product was strictly tested twice and confirmed quality before shipping. This is what we do:

1. The LCD Display is tested Without Dead Pixels or Spots.
2. The Picture Quality is checked normal.
3. The Touch Function is tested Sensitive.
4. The Frame Fits the screen very well.
5. The glass cover plate is checked normal.
6. The Function is stability.
7. The home button size is right for the model.

1. Check the condition of the package and the tracking number first to match it with the information given to you from IKEMI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.
2. If the package show signs of external damage or looks like it has been tampered with, please open it in the presence of the postman or delivery personnel and check the products inside to ensure that the products are not damaged or missing.
3. Any damages should be reported immediately and directly to the postman or delivery personnel. Take some clear pictures of the package and items you received and email them to us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package.

Q1: How is Packing?
A1: We take care of each shipment. Packed with strong blister box, inner box and foam box, which ensure your goods’ safety. We hope each client will be happy when they get the shipment.

Also, we accept your packing, can, logo and image etc, all by customers’ request.
During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition during storage and delivery.
If product is broken during transportation due to improper packing, the responsibility will be borne by the seller.

For spare-parts, we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS.
As we enjoy very good discount in these companies. 
But if buyers provide us their accounts to pay the transportation fee, we are also welcomed. 
For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm freight with buyers’ prior delivery.

Yes, we can, but only via DHL,Fedex or local post, and it takes up to 1–3 weeks to deliver it to you. Batteries must be shipped separately.

Items are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received. And we will send you the tracking number the next day after the goods are shipped.
Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers the next day upon package shipment.

Customer normally will receive goods in 3-7 days. Exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
If there is any accident in shipping, we will notice you as soon as possible.

We would pay the bill 100% when goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are responsible for loss.

Please contact your local custom’s office or your local courier and give them your tracking number. Please request from them exactly what is necessary for you to provide in order to have your package released. If you require any documents such as an invoice, please inform us and we will provide them for you.

Q1: What are the terms of payments you offer?
A1: Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging. We accept payment of T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Cash and Money Gram only.
International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees, and extra fees if you are in remote areas. We can declare your goods at low value to help you avoid taxes.
